Esse convite para observa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 para que tomemos consci\u00eancia do estado do nosso corpo como, por exemplo, quais s\u00e3o os pontos de tens\u00e3o, de cansa\u00e7o e de dor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir dessa observa\u00e7\u00e3o consciente do corpo,&nbsp; iniciamos com pr\u00e1ticas suaves que podem incluir exerc\u00edcios de respira\u00e7\u00e3o e automassagem, ajudando a despertar o corpo de forma gradual e segura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na pr\u00e1tica principal h\u00e1 5 movimentos que s\u00e3o sempre realizados, eles s\u00e3o a base de toda a pr\u00e1tica, s\u00e3o os movimentos dos 5 elementos: espa\u00e7o, terra, vento, fogo e \u00e1gua. Esses movimentos s\u00e3o a base da pr\u00e1tica e atuam no corpo como um todo, promovendo equil\u00edbrio e vitalidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 medida que os alunos v\u00e3o se familiarizando com esses movimentos, novos movimentos s\u00e3o adicionados \u00e0 pr\u00e1tica principal. A professora tamb\u00e9m vai levar em considera\u00e7\u00e3o necessidades individuais dos alunos presentes na aula para escolher quais outros movimentos ser\u00e3o praticados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O Lu Jong inclui diferentes grupos de movimentos que podem ser trabalhados juntos ou separadamente, como os movimentos para os \u00f3rg\u00e3os vitais \u2014 rins, cora\u00e7\u00e3o, pulm\u00f5es, ba\u00e7o e f\u00edgado \u2014 contribuindo para a sa\u00fade e o bom funcionamento do organismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na conclus\u00e3o da aula, a pr\u00e1tica desacelera novamente. Esse momento pode incluir medita\u00e7\u00e3o guiada ou em sil\u00eancio, relaxamento ou automassagem, permitindo integrar os efeitos da pr\u00e1tica e promover um estado de maior calma e presen\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A aula tem dura\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e1xima de 1 hora e 20 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O uso do tapete de yoga \u00e9 recomendado, mas n\u00e3o \u00e9 um impedimento: pessoas que tenham dificuldade para sentar no ch\u00e3o ou realizar os movimentos em p\u00e9 podem participar utilizando uma cadeira, sem preju\u00edzo dos benef\u00edcios. Com o tempo, e respeitando seus limites, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel evoluir gradualmente na pr\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A pr\u00e1tica pode ser realizada por qualquer pessoa de qualquer idade, de crian\u00e7as a idosos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os movimentos do Lu Jong beneficiam principalmente a <a href=\"https:\/\/mettayoga.com.br\/blog\/quais-dores-e-desconfortos-o-lu-jong-pode-ajudar-a-aliviar\/\">coluna vertebral e aliviam dores e desconfortos em todo o corpo.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voc\u00ea pode agendar uma aula experimental com a gente.
